“1) The lock on my door was not secure and my spouse was uncomfortable and bolted the door with a chair. 2) There was no customer service on site and I had to call a number to get assistance. 3) I was not able to get a print out of my stay as the person that was there during check out could not print out information. 4) There was a discrepancy with my bill as I did use a 3rd party thinking I would get a better rate, and when the property sent me a total sent me an itemized bill, the amount...
