“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment I walked in, making it uncomfortable to stay in. I asked to switch rooms, but the staff couldn’t even get the keys to work on three different room doors. Despite being unable to provide a clean, accessible room, they refused to give me a refund. I ended up paying for a room I couldn’t properly use, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying...

“The room was clean and the ac worked perfectly. The power did go off and I'm not sure why and the fire alarms went off twice in the middle of my second night there. I will say if I'm ever in the area again I'd definitely stay here again and I'd recommend it to friends and family.”
