"We had to stay here for a hockey tournament, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. We ended up having to go out for breakfast and coffee every day. When we asked if we could have breakfast the following morning, staff were quite rude and dismissive, saying it was no big deal since it’s complimentary anyway.
Housekeeping was also an issue, garbage wasn’t changed and fresh towels weren’t provided. We had to ask multiple times, and only some of us eventually received towels.
