"Staff was terrific at the front desk. Wait staff in restaurant was very accommodating but was dressed for a day off. It was busy but still quiet & comfortable! "

"We checked in. We were upgraded to a suite which was great! However, when we got in the room, we realized why they gave us this suite. The trash wasn’t emptied, the kitchen sink was broken and the bottom cupboard was missing. I spoke to a maid the next morning and asked if we could get clean towels and the trash emptied. She said it would be done. Nothing. We put the trash outside the room. It was still sitting there when we checked out. Disappointing "

"Well we were upgraded to a better room #333.... 3 tv's would not turn on, at all. So we were switched to another #230. Okay no problems, understanding lady at front desk, came to our aid, but couldnt get any tv to turn on."
