“We go to the coast often but decided last minute to take a couples trip. The fact that the hotel had a lounge and restaurant worked out perfect for us to be able to have a few drinks with dinner and not have to drive. We absolutely loved the rocky coastline in front of the trail and hiking the 804 trail. Overall, no complaints. ”

“Silver Surf has a wonderful property with stunning views. The rooms are quite spacious, which was a nice surprise! The couches in the room were very comfortable and they have a massive DVD library to borrow from, which was neat for our kids to see how 'old people' watch movies. Breakfast/coffee in the morning does not start until 8AM and there is only one small urn of coffee, which became quite clogged as the rush of people tried to get their morning coffee. Would be great if there if there...

“I'm a wheelchair user but the hotel gave me a room which has a corridor with two steps. That was the only room which doesn't have wheelchair ramp. Breakfast was good and the location was good.”

“Breakfast was delicious, good size portions, coffee was very good and hot. The room was quite comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The ocean view from our room was gorgeous and broad. We would stay here again! ”
