“The room wasn’t to the level of cleanliness a hotel should be for a few nights of stay. Beds were uncomfortable, no house keeping, no towels (even when we went to the office and asked for more) and bugs in the room (flies). ”

I had a nice ocean view from the top balcony and the rooms are off the main highway which made for a quiet night. I highly recommend this hotel if traveling through Brookings, Oregon.”

I stood in the rain from 9:50p-10:20p at night and there was only a sign on the door saying to call the phone number 541-469-2161 and the phone went immediately to voicemail and I was never contacted back. I also messaged directly through Expedia and never received any response. I have a call log showing 5 attempted calls over 5-6 hours, and never was contacted or assisted. “Everything was fine until I found out I had a double charge, I was charged for two rooms. The desk clerk that I spoke to over the phone was so rude and brushed me off. I emailed Expedia and waiting for a response. Place was not clean beds felt sandy like they did not change the covers.. We did not sleep good at all loud neighbors passed midnight .
