“Rooms is clean, breakfast not great and was cold I dislike cold eggs and other things that should be at least warm and I was the first one at the buffet. The support staff is excellent but the desk staff needs improvement. I waited 20 mins for a greeting when I arrived and then kept acting confused, with 4 people standing over each other and talking.
