"Nice, clean and comfortable. Room service is not 24 hours and a lot of times requires you to go to the nearby restaurant to pick up your food, which really isn't room service. The pool is beautiful but they ran out of towels and the bar was closed by 8 pm on a Saturday night. Considering the price, I expected more."

"Perfect location for visiting New Orleans. Staff was very helpful and room was clean. Originally booked a balcony room through Expedia but when we arrived we had at first floor room. Not sure why that was. I was charged $160 on my credit card upon arrival. I was told that was for incidentals. Upon check out the charge was supposed to be reversed. We will see if that happens. Most hotels put a hold on your card and do not charge. However, the stay was nice. I do recommend the hotel."
