“Falta limpieza en el lugar
No tienen aire acondicionado y el ventilador suena terrible
Las toallas olían a humedad
Y creo deben checar las tubería o drenaje
El parking es en la calle aunque es una zona tranquila”
“The staff were often rude and unhelpful - they gave away our reservation to someone else who “paid first,” even though our room had been booked well in advance. They didn’t compensate us for the room switch either since we were put in a room that was cheaper than the original, and they were rude to my husband when he asked about receiving our correct room. The key cards to the doors didn’t work so we (and the other guests we had come with) had to constantly go to the front desk to have them...
“Great for value place where the host even helped us park our car into their secure parking lot and helped us retrieve our car. Would have preferred if there was a code to get in so we didn't have to communicate our check in time. Appreciated the AC, common kitchen. We didn't know how to use the hot water but realized afterwards that there was hot water.”
