"I really recommend this hotel. It is near the Duomo and feels very safe, with security present. The staff were very helpful, and the room was extremely clean and very spacious, especially the bathroom."

"The room was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond my expectations. My only complain, which is a big complaint, is that the room was terribly noisy at night and the beds were extra firm. It was very difficult to sleep throughout the night. My wife and I both had issues each night and if we had known we would’ve picked another hotel. If you are a heavy sleeper you will be fine and enjoy an incredible hotel"

"Inover 20 years of staying in hitels, I have never written a review. For this hotel, I feel i hsve yo let others know that you may pay fir a double deluxe but will be given a classic snall room not at all what was confirmed. when you try to redolve this, you will be told that there is only 10 euros difference between your rooms . instead of acknowledging their mistske( I hope it is) they try to lecture you about room classifications. Such a shsme !"
