"Check in was at 3 o'clock. We came in early to see if we can get an early check in. They said it wouldn't be ready until 3 o'clock. We came back at 3 o'clock in our room was still not ready until almost 4. When we asked if there was an ice machine, they said that there was a refrigerator that made ice in the room.We were like great ... when we went into the room there was no ice in the icemaker because it was turned off so we had to turn it on. When we did the freezer was not cold enough to make actual ice cubes that it just made it into a big ball of ice. When going up to the staff, they were not very attentive. It took several times to try and get somebody's attention. It was not welcoming here at all. "

"Didn’t use a hot tub. There was no bar. And the room was sub par. No comforter on the bed only a thin very thin blanket. The flattest pillows ever. The faucet was falling off in the shower. Tv remote didn’t work. Looked more like section 8 housing than a hotel. Holes barely filled in the walls. Grease stains on the bottom by the stove. And the hallway smelled like marijuana. The frame around the door was busted and looked like it had been pryed open before. "

"Zero privacy. We reserved a king suite with patio. Nowhere in the description of this room did they clarify that the "patio" is unfenced and right outside the pool area. Also, the bathroom "door" is a sliding door and did not shut all the way. The bed was so uncomfortable, the couch and pull-out bed were rock hard. The hallway to our room smelled like skunk weed most of the time we were there. After we checked in and saw our room, i called and asked if we could be moved. I was told they were fully booked and didnt have a different room available, but the parking lot was mostly empty the entire time we were there. We actually left at 10:00 PM the night before we were aupposed to check out because i couldnt take it anymore. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Staff was dismissive, the room was awful, and the noise level was ridiculous."

"We did have a nice mountain view with beautiful sunsets. The room was more spacious than we anticipated and very clean. The breakfast was warm and good. The only improvement I'd suggest is better coffee. It was very watery. "
