"The breakfast was really good the first three days then the last three days they were just waffles without the egg omelettes and sausage. Our toilet would start running in the middle of the night for no reason we tried to have it fixed. What is a big deal just woke me up every night at 3 o’clock in the morning. The staff was really nice stuff and overall we had a good trip. If I were to come back to Phoenix, this hotel would be one I would strongly consider staying that again."

"Small rooms. Shower head made squealing noise. Outlets by beds only work with the headboard lights on so not useful at night! Breakfast area was small and no OJ."

"Front desk staff was not present when walked in, he was standing outside (didn’t realize who he was when I walked past him to entered the lobby). He was very hard to understand, & gave no directions of where room was. The property is in a remodeling phase. The bathroom had someone’s used tissue on the floor, the water pressure sucked, the floor was coming apart & the dresser was sticky. The room smelled really weird when we walked in as well. Will not be returning to this location!"

"Disappointed that there was no staff at the pool. Had to go into the hotel for drinks and snacks. Paid for early check in and room was not ready for another two hours. Very clean rooms and overall nice hotel. "

"Didn’t use a hot tub. There was no bar. And the room was sub par. No comforter on the bed only a thin very thin blanket. The flattest pillows ever. The faucet was falling off in the shower. Tv remote didn’t work. Looked more like section 8 housing than a hotel. Holes barely filled in the walls. Grease stains on the bottom by the stove. And the hallway smelled like marijuana. The frame around the door was busted and looked like it had been pryed open before. "
