โFront desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isnโt fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didnโt take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xiโan City Walls.โ

[Overall, I had a satisfactory stay.
The hotelโs location was especially convenient, being close to the Bell Tower (้ๆฅผ), which made it easy to access nearby shopping districts and the Muslim Quarter.
However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no refrigerator in the room and the bathroom was quite small.
That said, the complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations in terms of quality.
