“Excellent and pleasant service by staff Good location ”

“Excellent location, very kind staff, nice breakfast, beautiful interior,... Overall, it is a very nice hotel.”

“Loved my stay here! Quiet location, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from Chania Old Town and near a beach. The staff are lovely and very helpful, showing great Greek hospitality day or night. Their local knowledge was invaluable. The rooms are modern, kept very clean and spacious. Ours had a view of the sea and a big balcony. The bathroom had a large tub and a walk-in shower, with two sinks!”

“Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home.”

“Very nice hotel and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Perfect location. Thank you”

“We travel a reasonable amount and we just say this was one of the most unique and enjoyable rooms we have ever stayed in. Every single detail of the room is impeccable. The original distressed stained coffered ceilings, the wall murals, the furniture, the bathrooms, the configuration. As real estate owners we could even appreciate the level of detail in the electrical and plumbing. The patio was not huge but it was very adequate and provided an immersive feeling in the whole Hania Old Port vibe....

“Nice staff and good location(6min from bus station)”

“This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town with character and charm.”

“Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel.

“good and kind staffs. located in old port. nice view room and delicious breakfast.”

“Excellent. The sea views amazing”

“The location was great in the old historic town with immediate access to restaurants and bars good wi-fi and friendly staff and clean rooms”

“A nice boutique hotel that we stayed in last summer and returned to this year. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and all the shops and restaurants are within 15 minutes of walking distance on narrow cobbled alleys.”

“Everything was great. Just bathroom size bit tiny.”
