“The staff are exceptional at this hotel. In general it’s a little tired but they look like they are making improvements on this. Food and drinks are delicious and couldn’t fault anything. ”

“Excellent sea view from the balcony. The room is spacious and clean. The floor of the hotel room seems to be made of wood. When you walk in the room, you will feel the floor vibrating, and even the furniture in the room will vibrate as well.”

“We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! The staff were first class, attentive throughout the hotel and we couldn't fault the superb service. The price of food and drinks were what we expected for a 5 star hotel...

“The hotel was easy to get to by bus but also walking distance from the centre of town. The area was quiet, the staff was helpful and polite and the room was clean. Altogether a pleasant stay, I would go back to hotel Talana on my next visit to Jersey.”
