"The staff were incredible, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Food was sensational, everything perfectly cooked, seasoned and presented as impressively as the view. Everything just felt genuine, from the housemade seaweed butter and sourdough to the good mornings and small talk. We can't thank the team enough."

"All the staff were very lovly, unfortunately i wouldn't rate this property as 5 star as its very warn and rough round the edges,. When we got to pur room 101 my husband ran a bath, the water was brown and had black bits floating around, we called house keeping and for the next 30 mins it was still not clear, so a guy on reception kindly moved us to a room where the water was clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent and staff very nice, wouldn't stay the night again, but would eat in the...

"Staff were all friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The ocean view from our room was a real wow factor. The weather was good so we ate in the Terrac bar, the menu choices were limted but the food delicious, breakfast was superb."

Service in breakfast room was variable, felt rushed, often asked to choose tea or coffee etc before even seated. Asked about cooked breakfast options before even starting cereal. Cooked breakfast options could have been served hotter. Ran out of coffee cups & pastries on two occasions. "

"We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you. "
