I had to ask for them twice. I will never stay there again. Everything was old and run down. There were small roaches. The lobby was dirty with trash all over the floor."

"The staff were very helpful and were kind, but the room was a bit dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. Plus the handle on the shower was not attached so it immediately fell off when we tried to turn the shower on! The view was good."

"Location good. Beds were comfy. Room was clean for the most part. We found a womens finger nail under one of the pillows. Yuck. Breakfast was good. We asked for extra pillows but were told that they did not give out extra pillows. We told them we were in a deluxe room with a pull out, so they gave us clean linens for the bed in a white garbage bag, but no pillows.....interesting. We ended up not using the pullout because the mattress was disgusting. Huge blood stain or something. We would probably stay again simply for the location and the comfy beds, but I would encourage the hotel to pay a little closer to small details like offering extra pillows when needed and double checking the room/matresses for cleanliness.
