As soon as I checked in, I was met by Saffronia who was cheerful and very welcoming. She explained the amenities available and got me right on my way to my room. Very clean, more than I expected and perfect after being on the road all day. Big rooms, clean, and a friendly staff. And the breakfast was excellent.

It was very nice to have a kitchen with a full refrigerator and full size stove/oven. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in suggestions to explore the area. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. Although we had to leave 2 nights sooner than expected, we enjoyed our stay.

Bed had hairs on the sheets when we pulled back the comforter to get ready for bed. Staff did give us clean sheets and offered to move us to another room. There were dead bugs along the back walls and closet of the room assuming no one had swept the room in sometime. Room was quiet but the smoke/fire alarm in the ceiling above the bed had a white intermittent flashing light all night. Prior stay a few months back was excellent but this last time was disappointing.

We booked a single bedroom suite and they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite for free. It was very spacious and had all the amenities including a kitchen and living room. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Staff are super friendly. Great experience overall!

The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly! The room was clean and perfect for us to stay a night and cook dinner. I will say I was not impressed with the breakfast, but I never am, so it did not impact my rating. I would absolutely stay again if in the area!

Overall a great stay. Kids loved the pool and the basketball court. Welcoming staff. The hallways were stinky 1 of the 2 days. Towels nowherebto be found. Breakfast is way to short running from 630 to 830 am it gets crowded... im sure all the snickers around charleston ruined it by eating 2 meals a day being cheap skates.

The staff is always helpful and welcoming. My stays have always found the rooms and facilities clean and well kept. Though I left the room an hour before breakfast this time, the variety and quality of the food has always been excellent with every stay.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were clean, just seemed a little out dated and maybe needs some cosmetic updates and they still had cable TV. The breakfast was great with lots of options for cold and hot breakfast. If in the area again, would definitely stay here.
