“Personally did exactly what it said on the tin, perfectly suitable for my needs and cost during visit, My sister and niece made more use of the utilities(Pool. spa etc) and they loved it. When I return to Manchester, definitely will be staying, hopefully a bit longer and use utilities”

“Comfortable and quiet rooms, friendly staff and decent bar area. Handy if flying from Manchester or spotting at Southside. Cheap parking, which is a rarity these days. ”

“This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new...

“It was a lovely room and I really liked my late check out which meant I could use the facility before I left ”

“The facilities in rooms are excellent, a fully equipped kitchen area, great bathroom, dining table and chairs, you could live their permanently as it has everything you would need. Situated two minutes from Selfridges, the Arndale Centre and bars and restaurants it is very convenient. Be aware there is a £100 deposit preauthorisation required until you have checked out and the room has been inspected. My only criticism is the bed is very hard, the option of a mattress topper would be good. ”
