Beautiful old house in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the lake and downtown. Louisa was our hostess. She was very friendly and helpful even ran to the Grey Gables restaurant next door to make our dinner reservation for us. We had the room off the living area so there was a little noise when the restaurant patrons left for the evening but it was very brief and no trouble at all. The huge King bed was perfectly pillow like for me, albeit a bit too soft for my husband, but no mattress will be perfect for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff where friendly and accommodating including welcoming our dogs and making sure we had breakfast at 4am for the Charlevoix Marathon on Saturday morning. Really lovely stay and folks on staff!
