If you need rest, it's an ok place to stay

Service was outstanding. Hotel staff were very nice and answered any questions I had about the area. I was there for a doctor's appointment and business meeting. The cleanliness could have been better.

Please recognize the staff for providing excellent customer service. I had to use my own Verizon hotspot due to the terrible internet connection provided by Sleep In. There needs to be better lighting in the bathroom area.

The location was very convenient to downtown, at a reasonable price. The room was neat and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Also had a nice hot shower with great water pressure. For breakfast, I had a sausage link and what looked like a patty version of a scrambled egg---two of them---which tasted pretty good. They also had some mini muffins and the option to make fresh waffles---which I did not try--since I need to avoid wheat when possible. They also had the option of juices, coffee, & tea. I would have liked to see some fruit options....not sure if they offer that, but did not see any. The staff was very nice, and the parking area was well lit at night---easy to get in and out of as well.

This hotel was very close to our concert. It was clean and very affordable. Sabrina was a great employee to have there at the time. She was very nice . The pillows were small squares which looked a little bit funny but they were so comfortable!! The square shape was a non-issue!

The place offers decent hot breakfast. The hardware of the hotel is quite worn but the software (furniture and linens) are OK. It’s quiet.

Affordable and good value for the money

Their Airport shuttle saved me a lot of time and Uber money. I had to book it when my evening flight got canceled. So it was an unplanned booking and my only filters were airport shuttle and breakfast. Sleep Inn had both and they had good service. Will recommend to a friend for sure.

Good: Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Bad: Room and building were showing signs of dilapidation. Shower also could have been cleaned better. Also, whole building smelled like smoke when there was a sign in my room claiming it was a smoke-free facility.

The check in front gentleman was rude and definitely not friendly. The check out guy was not very friendly either. They charged me $30 for a pet fee when the website says $25. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was ok they have make your own waffle.

Room ok except sticky carpet. Big issue was drug dealers across hall and next door and hanging around entrance. Not a safe environment.
