"We were really looking forward to our stay. For a high end luxury hotel our room and parts of the hotel we walked through were quite scratched up, dented and not in great shape. I went use a guest robe and there was a big hairball in the sleeve. And then the day we arrived we had come from a specialty bakery where we bought $75 worth of baked goods to take home to share with family and friends—however we went out for the day and put the do not disturb sign on the door— when we got back later that day our room had been “touched up” and our entire bag of baked goods was gone. We had left our bags open as well because we weren’t planning on having our room cleaned that day— so the overall experience felt very violating. Lastly, they have no guest parking. We will definitely never stay here again."

"The room smelled like bleach. Bugs in the sink and shower. Large air gaps in the doorway. We left and could not get a refund from anyone!!!"

"The pool wasn’t open but it wasn’t stated on the website and that was the main reason for having a stay so my grandchildren were disappointed."

"Hotel was clean, welcoming and basic. Bed very comfortable, pillows excellent, Staff very welcoming, breakfast very clean and well organized but the quality of the food was in a 1-10 rating very mediocre, a 5, flavorless, however plentiful. Location was wonderful."
