"We stopped overnight at the Crowne Plazza, it was a lovely hotel. The rooms were spacious and had everything that you would need. The pool was not huge but was fine for a gentle swim and the spa tub was nice. We had dinner in the hotel and the food and service were good. Overall a great stay "

"Beautiful hotel just outside of the town centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless and the bar/lounge area was so comfortable. Parking was a massive plus and there were plenty of spaces near to all rooms. The area felt safe even late at night. The pool was clean and quiet during our visit. I will definitely stay here again. "The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people. There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc. Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer. Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive. "

"We received a very warm and helpful welcome on arrival. Room was clean and to a modern standard. Bathroom excellent Spacious room. Property well positioned to enable us easy access to Stratford where we had come to visit. We didn't have the breakfast as we needed to leave early so unable to comment on this aspect. "
