"Amazingly safe, great location, clean, friendly and fast front desk and bellmen/doormen. Housekeeping was super fast and responsive. Greatest location for Theater District near tons of restaurants and close to both Upper West and Eastside and Central Park and most importantly the E and C subway lines. It's amazing!"

"Shoutout to my guy Jesus at the front desk. Definition of what customer service should be. Went the extra mile and effort to make our stay more enjoyable and stressful. Our bus didn’t leave until midnight and he helped us out with a later checkout time and luggage storage. Allowed us to properly enjoy the last day touring the city. Hope this guy gets recognized for how well he treats the guests. Overall stay was great, room was ok and the location is incredible. "

"The Staff was very friendly. We did not have a fridge in our room and asked front desk if they could keep an item we bought cold overnight until we left the next day. They told us they could bring a fridge to our room and within 30 minutes or less we had the fridge. Hotel was very clean and security was available to ensure all guest were safe. Loved the view from our room!"
