The staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Bathroom shower had a forceful head and a flimsy shower curtain. Great that the room had a microwave, and a sizable fridge, but Keurig coffee machine was fickle.

Great location, comfortable room, & incredibly nice staff. This is my second time staying at this location - easy access to subway, walkable to many places things I wanted to do. There are definitely things that could be improved (slow elevators, there can be a lot of noise) - but for the price (and understanding that you’re in the middle of the city), not a big deal. I would stay here again for the right price.
