“While the exterior looks fine at first glance, our two-night stay was ruined by poor maintenance, poor cleanliness, and front desk errors.
Inside the room, the comforter and sheets had dark brown streaks and stains. The carpet felt dirty and had visible runs. The exterior door wasn’t sealed properly, letting sunlight—and potentially pests—in around the edges. “Check in was smooth and friendly. The room was large, clean and the bed was cozy. There was a nice big, jetted tub in the bathroom but not any hot water. The room did smell like someone was smoking in there for a while and the roaches and flies were quite abundant. I appreciated the chance to stop and take a break but it does need some pest control.”
