"Room was somewhat in disrepair, knobs missing off drawers and bathroom door know fell off as well and the bathroom faucet leaked. Otherwise it was clean and beds are comfortable. "

"The room was clean, would have been nice if the establishment had a dresser, and the cosmetic of the bathroom and tub had huge cracks that the plaster was awful looking, kitchen was equipped with the basic essentials, but could use a spatula. The area was quite and walking distance to the public transportation. But overall I am happy with my stay. And the staff very pleasant."

"Clean and confortable room, very good price for the neighbourhood. The noise in the cheapest rooms is real though, don’t expect to sleep early… Fortunately, the bar closes at 22h, so before 23h, everything is quiet. The pizza restaurant in the same building is super practical, but it’s the only restaurant open for supper time in the close neighbourhood. The location is perfect for attractions, but if you don’t want to walk more then 5-10 min at night, you’ll have to eat at the hotel."

"I love the Melrose Georgetown Hotel. The rooms are roomy and the lounge and lobby area are thoughtfully appointed. Mainly the front desk was so kind when I arrived early and provided a much needed early check-in, after a rough and sleepless flight. The front desk manager and his staff are outstanding!"

"The bathroom was very small with an awkwardly angled sink and a tiny shower. If you need a good night's sleep, this isn't the place. The mattress felt like a plastic-covered hospital bed, and the pillows were very lumpy and not comfortable at all."

The “breakfast” or morning coffee that is offered is in this restaurant but staff did not mention it. Looks like a cute restaurant but was not recommended by hotel staff when asking for dinner recommendations. No pool, no workout center, no onsite parking. Parking garage is around corner."
