"There is not any negative I can say about the property. Well one thing I would suggest is to somehow add a balcony to the corner rooms would definitely be the cherry on top to a marvelous hotel!!! Will be back soon."

However, I was very disappointed to find that although we booked a reservation including breakfast, it turned out to just be a snack area with coffee/drinks, a bagel, or fruit. That's not what I'd expect when a reservation includes breakfast. Very disappointing"

"Amazing experience! I went to the Gaylord in celebration of my birthday and the staff was very attentive, accommodating, and nice. I didn’t go to the pool or gym but they have plenty of restaurants and bars on site. It is also walking distance to everything on the harbor. We parked in the Harbor garage for $25 since we wouldn’t be in and out. If you decide to pay for hotel parking it’s $48 for self parking and $75 for valet per day. I plan to return to the Gaylord in the future for another staycation!"
