"Nice clean room. Very sparse decor. Dinner was good. Breakfast opened too late. Recommend Einstein Bagels down the block."

"The experience was overall average. The room was generally clean and the location was convenient, but there were a few issues that stood out. The ironing board in my room was broken, and I left a note for the cleaning staff to make them aware of it. The front desk staff were polite enough, but they did not seem especially well trained and appeared to have limited resources available to help guests efficiently. Nothing during the stay was terrible, but nothing really stood out as exceptional either. With some improvements to maintenance and staff support, the hotel could provide a much better guest experience."

"They need to get the elevator fixed. One has been out of service for a long time causing many delays. Also I got a handicapped room for some reason. I did not request one. Shower was difficult to use and bathroom set up was not arranged conveniently. I was told it’s what was indicated on my reservation. Don’t know how that got there."

"The property was lovely. Rooms are huge and delicious breakfast for the entire stay. Valet parking in and out all day. Would definitely be my place when visiting the area."

"The facility was outdated. Cigarette burn marks on the desk. No hair dryer. The A/C was loud as a two-stroke motorcycle engine. Unable to access the fitness center. The list goes on and on."
