"The Brilliant lives up to its name in almost every respect. The attentive staff, the banquet of options at the breakfast buffet, the lovely rooftop bar with an excellent view of the Dragon Bridge – – all these things made our stay very enjoyable. However, do not book this hotel if you count on swimming. The pool is murky and green, and obviously needs some filtration work. But this is a minor point, as there are plenty of other things to do in Da Nang within easy walking distance of the Brilliant.

"The location of the hotel is great, there’re many local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 15-20 walk to the dragon bridge, so it’s away from night noice. Breakfast is great, eggs can be made to order. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, so the water temperature is not stable. However, hotel staff go above and beyond to try to make things go smoothly. Big shout out to Cindy and Ivy!!! "

"Uyên, Thư and Thu are the best customer services, my wife and I was there for one week and two days and 3 days on December 2025 after that.
Customer service was excellent and hotels was clean and nice. We are very happy with all staff including all security officers Hoà, Bình. We think this is 5 stars customer services.

"We had a lovely time at this boutique hotel. The staff checked us in quickly and were kind enough to surprise us with a cake for my partners birthday. Shout out to Ma, Tiam, Chu, Dan, and Tinh for making our short stay very special.
It’s only a short walk to the Han market and several cute little places to dine, and a 10 minute grab ride to the beachfront.
The coconut coffee in the cafe was really yummy. We did not opt for breakfast on the way out, but checkout was smooth and the sweet older security guard out front with the beautiful smile helped load our bags into the cab to the airport. "
