Nice spacious and comfy rooms. However my rooms shower was not draining properly and the AC was not working properly and my parent’s rooms toilet was continuously running. Also, they needed more towels, soaps and tissue boxes and didn’t have any tea bags. Only coffee.

Looking got a place near Winnetka, this was about 20 min away. Near restaurants. Room was fresh and in good repair, bathroom was pretty basic with basic amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Breakfast orders were placed at the coffee/bar then prepared. Outside pool, ample parking.

The room and hotel were clean and the staff were friendly. There were restaurants close by and we were happy with our stay. The pool area was clean and my kids loved the pool. We did decide to get breakfast at the hotel restaurant and that was the only negative of our stay. It wasn’t cheap and almost all of our meals had elements missing and we weren’t told until the food arrived and we asked about it. So I would recommend going to one of the restaurants close to the hotel. But the hotel itself was somewhere I would stay with my family again.
