6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Even though dinner was advertised there was no dinner available, had to walk down the street looking for a place to eat. Elevator wasn't working at times. Staff were rude and abrupt, did not feel welcomed or looked after, felt like a budget hotel. Positive was there was a free shuttle to the airport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the facility could use some TLC. Landscaping needed to be maintained and weeded. The room was clean and stocked but the carpet could use a good shampoo or replacement. The A/C was way too cold and the thermostat didn't seem to work. We had to turn the A/C completely off. The facility overall was okay but could use some extra effort in cleaning. I didn't like that breakfast was a la carte, so we went elsewhere to eat. Not a lot of options nearby for dining out.
