Thank you for your feedback. I truly apologize that your room was noisy. While it is true our hotel is located near the freeway, the road noise is generally much quieter. In regards to the in-room coffee, I'm happy to report we will be refreshing our beverage options at the beginning of 2024. Maintaining a clean atmosphere within our guest rooms and common areas is important and I apologize that we did not fulfill that expectation during your visit. The pet hair and droppings are completely unacceptable and this issue has been shared with our housekeeping leaders to ensure this is an isolated incident.
