“Comfy bed. Good shower. Lots of things need fixing: drawer handles, bathroom sink etc. We had to fix toilet upon arrival. Fridge was good. Strange bedding: sheet, comforter, sheet on TOP. No extra blankets in room. Bathtub moved on one end (we are not overweight). The drain took awhile to drain. Was standing in water for about 5 minutes, then it drained. Light switches were odd, couldn’t leave fan on and light off -there was a switch for each, so we left both on and closed the door. Hallway and...

“The room was clean, one bed was good the other was hard like a box spring. The people above us we could hear every footstep they took. The staff wasn’t around we had to call a number and then they would come to the front office. The breakfast was not great, the bread was hard like it had been left out.”

“Got in late and room was cold. Turned up the heat (eventually all the way up at some point early in the morning)and went to sleep after a long drive. Room did not heat and was almost outside temp (same as when we checked in) when we woke in the morning. Politely complained to staff member who somehow juggles work both at the subway next door and the motel. Asked for a discount and she said nothing she could do as we should have said something during the night (when we were sleeping apparently)....
