Not only because of the great location in the rainforest, all the sloths on the property, and great facilities, but mostly because the hosts Giovanni and Luis run the best lodge in the country. They will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and treat you like family! They also cook the best food I’ve ever had in Costa Rica. 11/10!”

“Large, clean room. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and coffee and all the dishes needed to eat in. Several choices for breakfast and they were good. Restaurant on site that was busy for dinner. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds with lots of birds and a great volcano view. Quick drives to town, coffee and chocolate tours, waterfall, hot springs and grocery stores. Great place for a couple of nights or longer. ”
