"The balcony lights not working, checked by staff says fused but no action done. Balcony jacuzzi water heater sucks. Not able to fill up hot tub. Water icy cold. Wasted money on having a jacuzzi, no housekeeping services or towel changing services also poor. Left clean towel on sofa but did not remove the soiled towel we pile up for them. No microwave in 3 bedroom. Difficult to heat up food using the convention oven."

"Overall experience was very great with Silaslee - 1) Room was clean, and towels were provided, toiletry were provided 2) Unit came with a very cool jacuzzi located at balcony 3) Unit included a Coway water machine, microwave, fridge and oven 4) Best of all is that the unit came with an automated mahjong machine "

"Booked a single bed, given a twin instead. Asked for a changed and even were asked to contact expedia, but didn’t give any compensation anyway. Towels have black spots, window seal were broken, bathroom smelt like smoking, complicated maze to go to room & reception."

"The room was terrible. Smelly, not clean and even the bottle watter in the room was opened. I have been staying Wyndham around the world and this is the worst."

"Checkin wasn’t great. Communication was good but they told us about an unexpected tourism tax just for staying there but we weren’t aware of the tax until we checked in. Wouldn’t have booked with them had we known about a tax. "

"Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay."

"The Futon little bit dirty. Have a spot at futon. Then the water heater like some trouble at master bedroom .. Don't have a hot water if we get a shower. Have a window no curtain so i always wear a hijab cause outsider can see through the window to the living room. Overall is okay. My kids also like to stay there but must improve for furniture to make guest happy to stay. Also i can cook for my family. The receptions also good. Fast responsive. I will repeat again but please change the futon...
