[1] The English proficiency of the staff is below expectations for a hotel that serves international guests.

Clean room, nice facilities. Lobby gets very crowded during check ins/check outs. Ground floor cafe never appeared to be open outside of breakfast. Family mart at ground floor and Lawsons very close by. Nice views from gym & wellness suite on top floor
