"It was an excellent stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help. The thing we were not so fond of was breakfast. The choices were too limited. Once you stayed a while, it became boring. The housekeeping part was a bit too rush. We feel like we have to compete with them so we can get the new towels and trash removal. I hope things can settle down a bit since we’re on vacation. We stayed 9 nights and we got 1 time change of bed sheet. Besides the 2 areas we mentioned, the rest was good. We like that we can pick up any amenities we may need. We like that we have washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and safe in room. We like that we can pick up coffee and some soft drinks free every afternoon. The location was superb. A few step from exit 34. Easy to get to underground walkway and train, convenience stores and mall access. We will stay here again in the future. Too many things for me to do and shop for."
