Hello, The location I visited, which was shown on Expedia, had a completely different address, and I was very unsatisfied with this. Not only were we exhausted from our trip, but we still had to carry all of our luggage to the other Randor location. This was absolutely disappointing. I even contacted you to confirm the address weeks before our trip and was informed that it was the correct one. However, once we arrived, the front desk told us it was the wrong location. This was very upsetting and made our stay inconvenient. Please update your address and inform customers of the correct location for their stay. Many thanks, Marie

Love the hotel and club lounge. Very clean and friendly staff. 24 hr 7-eleven right at the hotel and not far from Sapporo station.

Laundry room is thoughtful to traveler needs, Afternoon drink hours for free, milk popsicle sticks available for free, Great location walking to bus or train station,

Very spacious rooms, but the layout was a bit odd. The blinds are not complete black out curtains, so we needed sleeping masks. It is also hang dry only after doing laundry. There is no shuttle to the airport but the path to the nearest train station is paved and very easy to navigate.
