"There was a staff waiting at the lift to usher us to the reception followed by friendly greetings. Early check-in was allowed and Within minutes we were in our room. The room is in excellent condition and comfortable. The room also offers an excellent view of aircraft taxing, but surprisingly, there was virtually no noise. The hotel is inside the airport and thus is suitable for those who have early flight out of New Chitose Airport. I look forward to staying in this hotel again."

"Convenient bus from airport dropped me off right in front of the hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast. Hotel shuttle to Tokyo Station made getting to central Sapporo a breeze."

"The hotel is overall well managed and kept. Great location in a pretty and peaceful setting. A bit far from shopping district but only 15 mins walk. The only complaint is the Japanese style breakfast on 11F is a bit slow and the service is not as good."

"The staff were helpful with all of my requests, they understood enough English, so if I got stuck whilst trying to use Japanese they were able to incur my intentions without any real difficulty. A lot of reviews I saw complained expecting that they should know how to speak our language, incorrect. You came to their country, so you either need to learn the language or at least use translator apps. The only real drawback I had was that due to having several large tattoos, I was unable to use the spa areas, however if like me you have large tattoos, there is a very good tattoo-friendly onsen not to far away called Hōheikyō Onsen and they also have a fantastic Indian restaurant inside too."
