"We arrived late after a long travel day, hoping to just get a warm shower and rest — unfortunately, this hotel made that impossible. The check-in staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which already set a bad tone.
When we got to the room, we found that there was no hot water, only cold — and the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t even call the front desk. The room looked like it was still under construction — unfinished and awkwardly arranged. One nightstand was placed randomly in the room...

"Small room but comfortable and newly renovated. Helpful staff, convenient location and good restaurants. The only thing I did not like was the pillow. It was very hard and gave me a sore neck."
"I have stayed in hotels of many countries, this one is among the worst. Said to be 4star, but less than 3 star. Staff are ok, but spoke almost no english --- and they called it "international". Toilet smelled, room small, TV not working. Hotels.com shld review its ranking."
