Nice place .and location .... except for the following: 1) the fridge didn't work, and the staff acknowledged this without rectifying the situation, and 2) the Wi-Fi was so unstable that it was practically useless, connecting for a minute only to drop off for two or three, again and again. Most frustrating!

It's 80F outside. There's AC, but there's no AC. I woke up and it was 29C in my room. "We don't know why it's not working" they say. Well, at this price point and as a 4-star hotel, that's unacceptable. Stay somewhere that has working AC, not here.
