Dear Silvester, I'm not sure if you got my message, I am the GM of the hotel. In any event, in the interest of transparency, the reason that we had to switch your room is because you booked a two bedroom and unfortunately that day a 90 night stay guest checked out from the only one we had and we were unable to turn it around the same day due to the state it was in. It would not have been in great condition if rented the same day. I am really sorry about this change. Please ensure that Expedia gave you the 50% discount we informed them we would give you. Please accept my apology once more.

I’m not sure if your future travels include Chula Vista once more, but if they do, please let me know and I will put in a thicker mattress topper on the sofa bed.
