The hotel is okay for long stay. We had 2 ppl and the room is pretty big. The only issue that when it was cleaning day. The staff didn’t really clean the room.

The hotel is fantastic. Staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. Requests were followed up within 5 minutes (incl. a blocked drainage we experienced initially, which was promptly resolved).
Our room had a fantastic view of Seoul (which we're very thankful for). As a note, only some rooms have toilet seat bidets so best to be sure you're booked the right room type (if bidet is a preference).
