The staff were very friendly and accomodating my daughter who was having some kind ofnallergic reaction. New pillows and cover. The free water bottle each day was a nice perk on those hit Korean days. The breakfast was always hot and fresh with lots of options. Used their coin laundry and borrowed an umbrella on a rainy day.

The location was amazing!!

Nice clean hotel in a good location with easy access to the metro. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very nice bathroom with bath and shower.The rooms are a good size for solo travellers however people with multiple suitcases may struggle for space. No wardrobe space provided in the room I stayed in. The room layout is the biggest negative as the sliding door can’t fully block the automatic motion sensor light in the corridor which is activated by people walking past the room outside. Also the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, therefore the room is quite warm.

This is our second stay, and our favourite hotel out of our four trips to Seoul. Only a ten-minute walk from Myeongdong which is convenient for any tour pick-ups as you can walk there easily. It is much quieter than central Myeongdong, and opposite the Eulijiro bar area, with lots of good dining options nearby (gimbap, samgyetang and Korean BBQ amongst the many options). The hotel is very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable and cool, and our cleaning lady was lovely. The convenience store on the ground floor is worth an extra star in itself, as we often grabbed dinner from there after a long day of sight-seeing, when we were too tired to dine out. We also bought our breakfast there, as we are light eaters. The staff in the store are all very friendly too. Our room on the 16th floor had a great view of the Namsan Tower as well. This hotel is a great option if you want somewhere central, but quieter. We will return!

Great location, great cleaning staff. However of the 5 hotels I stayed in during my trip to Korea, the triple room booked was the smallest! Stayed in a family room (one large double bed and two smaller beds) in Myeongdong earlier in the trip and that was a more comfortable room size-wise and amenities-wise and a decent location too. So in comparison, this hotel was just ok but this hotel was more central to a lot of other neighborhoods. Amenities is lacking (gym is small, need to pay for laundry while other hotel had a free in house spa for adults and laundry in the room). So if you want to be closer to the action, stay here. Room was fine but just cramped for 3 people and everything was in paper cups and just not as a comfortable of a stay as the other one we stayed in.
