"Staff were very nice. Check in was easy. Room clean and cool, it was a hot day outside. Car park was very busy but we managed to squeeze in, cost £10p night. Breakfast was ok. Choice for cooked breakfast was ok but not very hot, buffet style. Hotel is located close to a busy road, this did not impact our stay at all but the area is a little run down."

"Our long lasting impression will be the excellent attentive, helpful and friendliness of all the staff we encountered. Also, the hotel location was perfectly placed next to the beautiful river Avon and with easy walking distance to the centre of Salisbury."

"They didn’t tell us they didn’t have any room on the ground floor day one when I had booked the hotel and requested a ground floor room for our disabled friend. But when the day came, they sent an email and said they haven’t had any room in the round floor and they were going to prepare one for us with on top £40. Even thought they finally didn’t charge for it and we decided to have a room on the first floor instead. However, their way of managing the case was weird. They should not do it this way."

"The Caboose was such a memorable stay and James was so helpful and accommodating. The property is conveniently located 2 minutes from the train station and a short walk to the lovely town centre with several restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs minutes away. A visit to the Salisbury Cathedral was recommended by James and I would agree that it is a must see in Salisbury. I would recommend the Caboose without reservation."
