“Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique avec courtoisie le petit-déjeuner à la hauteur ils nous ont mis vite très à l'aise. Nous nous sommes sentis comme faisant partie de la famille. On ne peut espérer mieux en accueil et convivialité. A recommander à 100%.”

“Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. “밤 11시 넘어서 암만공항에 도착하기 때문에 공항픽업 요청을 위해 메일을 세번이나 보냈으나 정확한 답을 받지 못해 도착해서 전화하겠다는 생각이었습니다. 비행기에서 내려 브릿지를 통과하니 게이트 앞에서 제 이름을 들고있는 분이 있어서 깜짝 놀랬습니다. 도착홀도 아니고 게이트 앞에 누군가가 나와있을거라고는 꿈에도 생각못했거든요. 친절한 그 직원분이 도착비자 받는 것부터 짐찾아서 호텔셔틀 탈때까지 옆에서 도와주셨습니다. 호텔에 도착하니 룸업글도 해주고 많이 신경써주시더군요. 방에는 무료생수 4병과 무료미니바, 웰컴프룻이 있었습니다. 밤늦게 도착해서 아침에 출발해야하기 때문에 할 수 없이 선택한 호텔이었고 숙박비도 나름 비싼편이라 가격대비 어떨지 걱정을 했었는데 예상외의 좋은 서비스를 받아서 만족했습니다.”

“The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! ”

“The room was large and well stocked except there were no glasses? In addition, I think the hotel in general is undergoing a refurb as some areas were obviously being worked on and our room had a few issues that needed addressing like paintwork etc. However, overall we really enjoyed our stay and any issues were VERY minor, it is a lovely hotel in a great location for the airport with great restaurants and lovely staff, so would recommend the Opal to anyone and it was very good value for money...
