The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. "We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"The hotel is very nice, clean, comfotable and well located.
Don't take the following comment as a complaint but as a suggestion, when I made the reservation I asked for parking included, but when we arrived there were not parking available in the hotel, therefore make sure to enphatized in this request if you need one, because the hotel staff didn't help at all. "What an amazing experience! Incredible property! The feeling of a King for the day! It’s perfect. The setting is also gorgeous. The pool is a resort in itself. Unfortunately, they rent the pool to the public for day use and it shows. Instead of luxurious and beautiful, it feels a little bit like Las Vegas- very crowded, younger, tattooed crowd. This we didn’t like. The Hotel also does a lot of facility rentals for private parties- but it’s big enough not to be a problem. The Staff was generally very helpful but many are stoic and have limited personality (with the exception of 1 or 2 individuals). There are limited dinner options, so we went out. But, the Town is extremely limited with nice options. Overall, excellent experience though- especially for the price. "
