โThe owners, Chris & Claire, were lovely people and the guest house is like a 'home from home' with a superb breakfast and a great location overlooking the marina. An added bonus was the free permit for the nearby mult-storey car park. Handy for the SW coast path and Berry Headโ
โClean comfortable cottage, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, have used this cottage before and will prob use again only down side is parking but that is Brixham. โ
โBooked accommodation for my partner whilst I was in hospital. He was really impressed with everything from how spotlessly clean everything was and how comfortable his room was, to the warm welcome. He would recommend such to anyone. โ
โLoved our stay at Devon House. We were greeted with a very warm welcome even though we arrived later than expected. Room was a nice size, decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. Location was great and we were within walking distance of everything we needed. Thanks for having us, we would love to come back one dayโฆโ

Fantastic shower, tea and coffee and a well stocked kitchen that was spotlessly clean.

Access was easy and instructions regarding everything were in the folder in the room.

โThe best way to describe the Great Western is with the two words, quaint and quirky! The house is in the middle of a massive re-vamp, but that did not impinge on my stay, which was short, but long enough to form a very positive opinion.
My room was clearly re-purposed, with the en-suite bolted on, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom fittings were quite new and of a good standard. The furnishings were old-fashioned, but I thought that gave the place its charm and...
โWe had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and hardworking. They did their best to accomodate our requests.
The breakfast was good and has a few options.
It is very close to the beach and centre ans also has parking available. โ
โGreat place to stay for family weekend or mini holidays. 4 of us felt comfortable enough in room. Breakfast was served on time and freshly cooked, can't really fault it based on couple days stay. โ
