"Staff are so nice and so helpful. The cottages are super nice and comfortable to be in. Food was great and the Taxis were always on time to pick us up. The only negative was the cottages had lots of ways for bugs and large spiders to get inside. The staff were super helpful in removing them once they did get inside."

"Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. This is not a high end resort, but you get good value for your money. Restaurant is pricey if you are not using an all inclusive package. Breakfast buffet had limited options, but enough to get you through the morning."

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered great amenities. The food was very good, and there was plenty to enjoy throughout our stay. We did have to switch rooms initially because our first room did not have a refrigerator, but the issue was addressed. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the overall experience even better. Be prepared to walk up and down hills. They however shuttles with a wait if there is not on available immediately. Beautiful views of the sunset and mountains. The resort is does not have the normal shows and extreme entertainment like some places we have been. Very laid back and family friendly. Despite the minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!"

"My partner and I visited Bel Jou for 7 days. It was blissfully relaxing, close to Castries -great food and amenities, lovely staff. Creole weekend even had plenty of lovely authentic Creole food both within the property and they put on a lovely outdoor event for even more authentic food, craft and music! Brilliant. Special shout out to Kidada, Princess and Brandon and the slim gentleman who works on the roof top bar, as standouts during our stay. Also the tall gentleman with dreads who works around the towel area often - super pleasant! I would definitely recommend and hope the team is recognized for their warmth and dedication. I would definitely recommend!"

"Facility was fantastic, obviously not a cheap place to stay. Shuttle vans take your throughout the resort, for the most part are timely. Included breakfast buffet was good, not exceptional. Stayed in Luxury Villa 304 which had a ocean view and gorgeous, but FYI was not private as Villa 302 was next door and we could see onto each other's patio."

"The most tranquil place I’ve ever visited. The hotel was on my sister’s mandatory must see and experience vacations. It was more than we ever imagined. The bungalow is so nice and relaxing. The shower was such a vibe. Honestly I don’t have any complaints. St. Lucia is an absolutely breathtaking island."
