“The Body holiday was a truly wonderful experience. The property is beautiful. The ambience is calm and relaxing. You can be as active or inactive as you wish. There are abundant classes kicking of at 7am-6pm each day and something for everyone from beach workout, to yoga, spin, legs, bums and tums, tai chi the list goes on. “The Royalton Resort on Saint Lucia is in a beautiful location. It is quite a distant ride from the airport (at least 90 minutes - so be prepared). The staff was excellent; very accommodating and friendly. The pool and beach area were very clean and well staffed - offering towels and bar service. The bars provided a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, but don't expect top shelf without extra cost. There was no food service at the outside bars, which would have been a great addition....
