“The property itself was very clean. The room was very spacious.. I would say out of all the staff there were only two that were happy to be working. Our first day we got there we went to the bar and it was only like 4 o’clock and we were ordering food and the guy was like well. You can only order food to 630. OK it was 430. Acted like they couldn’t be bothered. The food choices for dinner were horrible. We were told that the one sushi restaurant was closed because it was their quiet season...

“It was great! My only complaint is we booked the penthouse suite and there were a total of 105 and 5 stairs to get to our suite! it was exhausting! Oh and I did not like the cats on site. Other than that, beautiful place. I don't recommend booking a ride with the hotel.....the prices were ridiculous!!”

“My time at BodyHoliday was simply exceptional. The resort sits in a stunning private cove and the overall setting is simply beautiful. The staff were amazing and the range of sports on offer was world-class. I played beach volleyball, tried archery, a keelboat and paddle boarding to name but a few. Food was excellent and spa treatments were very welcome after a long day. The Wellness Cafe and TAO were of particular note. Everything exceeded my expectations and I’ve already told the manager...

“Just left the Royalton and won’t be back. The property was nice, but the service was lacking. Waited over an hour for our food at dinner continually. Was ignored when trying to get drinks at the bar. There were 4 of us and we all were treated the same way. The room would be cleaned and dirty towels taken, but we would never get clean towels. It was a hassle to keep asking for them. Also, the rooms didn’t have water for 2 days. Nothing was said by resort nor apologized for the inconvenience....

“Pros: gorgeous location and property. Beautiful landscaping and views. We had the suite you could swim out into the pool. Great views. Hardly anybody there and it felt like our own place. The staff is very attentive if you need anything, they will help you. Everyone is really nice and friendly while we were there. Suggestions : if the staff were more anticipatory rather than waiting for you to ask them. There is no real service at all down by the beach so if they had somebody walk down...
